In this section, you can find a downloadable PDF containing an alphabetically ordered list of collectors<\/strong> involved in the assemblage of Indigenous American heritage currently held in Italian institutions<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n

The term \u201ccollectors\u201d is used here in a broad sense, encompassing any individual who possessed one or more of these artifacts at any point in their collection history.<\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Each entry includes the collector\u2019s name and, when available, their dates of birth and death; a list of museums that currently hold objects once owned by the collector; a concise biographical profile; and an essential bibliography. <\/span><\/p>\n

As with other sections of the KNOT website, these list is conceived as a collaborative work in progress<\/strong> and will be updated on a regular basis.<\/span><\/p>\n
